Cuckmere Haven

Mrs L had a friend around for the day - she has a phobia of dogs so the spaniel and I were banished. We had a tremendous long walk - over the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs, up the Cuckmere Valley, through Friston Forest to Jevington and back to the start. Off to see the RSC's Cymbeline this evening, I shall probably fall asleep.
