Butterfly to the Rescue

Overwhelmed by all the hearts and stars for my 1000th blip. Many thanks to everyone.

Decided to give Pilates a try today. Lots of consternation as I arrived on crutches but managed reasonably well. Had a walk this afternoon on a very mild but grey afternoon. Was beginning to despair when I spotted this flower attracting a lot of butterflies. I think this is a Red Admiral but feel free to put me right.
