Not a short-cut!

This is a distant view of Edinburgh from Corstorphine nature reserve, which is quite close to my work. Not an intended photo for today. I took a walk through here, thinking it would be a nice change of walk home, ended up walking for 45mins through the undergrowth, only to appear about 10meters down the road from where I started.  This area is right next to the zoo, so you hear all the animal noises whilst you are walking through this 'jungle' (OK, so I'm over-exaggerating) but it felt I had walked for miles in deepest Borneo or somewhere like that.  I'm clearly not the intrepid explorer I thought I was - my imagination just goes daft.  Possibly the longest short-cut ever :o)
