Promenade

It looked like we might have lost the sun for the day in cloud, but then it sank into a lozenge shaped gap and Rapunzel was sharply silhouetted as she promenaded past Ashmeadow.

A few minutes earlier as Gus and I waited for Matt and the spaniels, a passing dog walker asked if Gus was still an internet star.  Well, he does have a few keen followers here on Blipfoto, but he does like to preserve a degree of anonymity and he doesn't have a Facebook page or Twitter account.  By contrast, Monty Don's TV star retriever Nigel has 17000 followers on Twitter.  Gus is much too bashful for that.

As for me, thank you for all the kind messages on my blip a week ago.  There is no news to report, I have a consultation next week which should tell us more.
