I had a non- stop day today.

It began when i got into my office; opened simultaneously my diary and email and realised i had missed an appointment the evening before.

I phoned and made my apologies, explained to the folk in the office and planned to go almost immediately.

Then i had a discussion with my boss about possible opportunities in the company and possible candidates which led to an exchange of cryptic messages to a friend.

Then i had the meeting; then i came back and Boss No 1 had the same discussion with me about candidates and i squealed loudly at both of them for being men - well they are; they just make me swear sometimes.

Then i worked some; then i tried to do my 250 steps an hour; then i did table tennis with henric; then work then steps; then work then lunch then work then table tennis

Then work then my mate turned up and we shrugged at each other... What was going on... Then i went and looked at mum's computer and we gossiped then i came
Home; and then i sat down


Then i looked at my aurora alert!! It was 152 and the sky was covered in clouds.

And then i came to bed with my favourite treat 'the simple things'. Which is a magazine of nothing at all; but which makea me smile a lot
