Foodies

Great news is that the rain stayed away today for our visit to the foodies festival.

This is Steve Brown from the Edinburgh Food and Wine school out at kirkliston. He made us a Cullen Skink Risotto to try. Cullen Skink is a haddock and potato soup and it was super tasty. The tiny portion I had was not going to throw me off my diet :-)

We bought some nice food bits and pieces. And just home for a nice relaxing evening with a glass of something tasty too I think.

Today was my weigh in day and pleased to say another 1.5 pounds gone for good. 11.5 in total now and jeans are unwearable now without a belt. Yay.
