Bought a huge lemon meringue at the Foodies show yesterday and a chocolate one for hubby.

Served up with strawberries and a squirt of cream :-)

Been a day of 2 halves today - very lazy morning and a very busy afternoon. I have been cooking all afternoon - made us a hearty lunch and then made chicken, coconut and lentil soup, chunky chicken chilli and tuna and pepper bake. Have visitors all week - will have done 25 covers by end of the weekend :-) and have planned for dinner out one night too.

Hope they all appreciate it.
