Wednesday: Orpheum

Vancouver used to have a lot of neon signs - sadly the city authorities in the 1970s wasn't so well disposed, thinking it cheapened the city. There are a few interesting remnants left, though, such as this one on the iconic Orpheum theatre.

Today was the first day since I've been here that I didn't have any meetings or events. And that's only because I had kept the day free, thinking that our shipped cosignment would arrive. That turned out to be not quite the case. It was still nice to have a breather though.
