Groomsport, County Down

Groomsport is a lovely wee coastal village with views to Belfast Lough and beyond. There is a church (or two), a pub, a shop and the very sociable Cockle Island Boat Club. There is even a thatched cottage!

Our 'homework' for the photography class this week is to take 10 pictures with leading lines. You are looking at my first one! It has been a gorgeous day, warm and sunny. I met SJ for lunch (although we just had coffee and a bun) after a walk through Castle Park. There were many great paths which definitely displayed leading lines, but unfortunately I was talking too much to take any photographs!
