Ferry Fair Day

Out for a cycle to South Queensferry with FBBB's lovely Sweetpea. Great weather for a bike trip and made it to our destination, where there was much activity and excitement with the final day of the Ferry Fair Festival, without too much effort - well, on her part anyway.

Only I could chat-up a fellow photographer by asking if he was a Blipper only to discover, several halted explanations and blank expressions later, that not only was he indeed a German tourist but he was also a train enthusiast there to take a shot of the passing 13.27 to Dundee.

And so the band played on...Was quite disconcerting that their choice of music included The Village People, Madness and Tom Jones. Must be an East Coast tradition...
