Unpleasant Memories!

Every time I pass this sign it brings back unpleasant memories of the years when non-smokers were subjected to secondhand smoke everywhere they went. My mother, who never smoked, contracted emphysema from working as an usher in the local cinema. The constant flare of cigarettes being lit was very distracting -- apart from the thick fog of smoke.

Some things have improved.
