Amongst a plethora of daft Aussie sayings learnt this week ('spittin' chips', 'crackin' the sh*ts') is the above. Said many times today and this week when admiring the beautiful sights and turns you come across all the time in Lisbon.

I've rarely spent this long exploring one city and just savouring the wandering. It's felt like a real treat and it's been great to revel in the moment rather than running hither and thither all the time like a blue-arsed fly, always ten minutes late for everything.

We happened upon this little praça a few times and we thought it represented what we loved about Lisbon in a microcosm.
