yep it's gorgeous ... loads of history .. we took the 4 hour tour and it included a boat trip on the canal that links parts of the town ... well worth a visit ... we ate the obligatory waffles which were very good .. except Clarkenwold who had a tricky apple pie... tricky because the waitress said they had not got any left but she could have apple cake ... right ... anyway when it came it was apple pie so Clarky mentioned it and the the waitress became impatient and say we have no apple cake now .... it went on for a while ...
we also almost got ourselves killed by a wild horse ..
Wild as in front of a cart and it sort of reared up ...
We are back on the high sea now and it is high and I feel sick ....
later we are going to the dress up posh dinner and to listen to a tribute band called BADNESS ... watch this space ...
