All stuck up.....

Well - they say it works on wounds.
In fact there are multiseveral items with the following as the general gist of the message:-
"We often get asked, especially on our Remote First Aid courses, if you can use Super Glue to close cuts? Yes it is perfectly possible to close wounds with glue but there is the legitimate clinical method and the 'have-a-go-Harry' approach with whatever Superglue comes to hand.  And there are subtle differences."
Don't ask how the @£$%^&* it happened, particularly as I managed to cut/damage both edges of the leaf simultaneously.
However glued up like this, rather than a 1/2" gap at the periphery, makes it tidier, and far easier to clone out the damage on any possible further appearances.
Extra = The other side of the leaf I managed to damage without totally severing it, and leaving tenuous links along the cut.
