Styrke og spenst weekly club training
Every Monday, HSK runs two strength training sessions, one at 16:45, and one at 20:00 to fit in with people schedules. The sessions are open to all and can be as difficult as you want them to be! The main aim of the sessions is to increase core strength and promote good posture.
In the middle is Eva, she is the elite coach for the club and thus it's her job to run the sessions. As an elite orienteer herself (runs for Czech), she is very knowledgeable.
You could find a similar sessions in a local gym in the UK - legs, bums and tums is a common name for it (i've never done such a class but it sounds similar!)
