Stir Crazy

Still didn't feel well this morning following last Thursday's sudden illness so, rather than do the normal man-thing (which I so often have), I actually made a doctor's appointment. And, blow me down she signed me off work for the week. But I don't do sick I protested. After which I found myself holding a prescription and consenting to a specialist referral for good measure. 

Well, that was a turn up for the books but probably for the best as I had been going through some work scenarios which definitely wouldn't benefit from me passing out or vomiting(!).

So, I spent all day looking after the mutt, catching up with some stuff on the computer and going stir crazy, Just had to get out this evening with puppy dog. And lucky I did as the sunset was well worth the effort. The blip was a tough decision so I've added three extras, the last of which is of the original Severn Bridge.
