White swan ride

As our local art trail finished yesterday I had to collect and return some sculptures made from small electrical waste that had been displayed in a local shop.
When I collected them I was told that they were 30x30cm so it came as a bit of a surprise to find that one was a 4 foot snake.  The swan is not quite as large but is still bigger than I was originally told.  With some careful arrangement, which you can become quite expert in after 30 plus years as a small car owner, they were stashed for travel.
Later in the day I had a message from C who was in town on business.  I was lucky enough to be able to get out of work early and catch up with her for a coffee (or, on this occasion, a green tea).
