Summer slips away

The temperature was in the high twenties today and, according to the weather forecast, that is the last warm day of summer.  Temperatures are set to drop down to the high teens soon.  So, to celebrate (not quite sure exactly what we were celebrating, but who needs an excuse), we had another reunion, écossais, irlandais, et californien.  N produced wonderful food as always, we drank some good wine and enjoyed each others company immensely.
