Bottoms up

Our Gite was in Oger in the Côte de Blancs. We did visit a local Champagne house but only after a visit to Georges Tribaut in Haut Villers. Our conclusions were that the Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru Millesimal Brut 2009 we tasted at La Destinée out trumped the Tribaut Grande Cuvée Spéciale. It is work in progress however.
