Oak trees, Antonine wall, Bonnybridge

On the way home from getting JohnD some cream for his insect bites we decided to have a walk along the Antonine wall. Not a good idea if you are wearing silly sandals and have to cross the boggy bit in the middle with Rona pulling like a horse in front of you! JohnD rarely crosses this bit but Rona and I just go for it.

Home now, feet and sandals washed, just chilling before the family arrive later for dinner. It will be lovely to spend time with Euan before he goes off on a wee break to St . Andrews with Mummy and Daddy.

Should be double spaniel blips this week as Isla is staying with us. We love having her AND she puts Rona in her place!! Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine today. Looking forward to the Olympic closing ceremony tonight.
