The theatre of making hot chocolate

What fun to visit a chocolate bar, choose our chocolate of choice and watch the young lady make it. Two of us had 70% and two a 65% although can't remember which country each chocolate originated from. The chocolate was formed into button shapes and dispensed from a row of jars, milk added and heated on a small hot plate.

We have had a good day chatting and chatting, each couple catching up. I have blipped from here before, two years ago, a lovely area north of Alsace. The sun is shining with a nippy wind out there
