Quince Jelly

The fruit came from Cheltenham last week, it was hard to cut into pieces and look at those pips, luckily an easy jelly to set. We haven't tasted it yet - I have a fresh loaf of sour dough from our local baker which should go with it - and thought the finished colour worth blipping.
