Toad-in-the-hole

Spent more time vacuuming today than I consider advisable (or even acceptable) - but also got a lot of other useful stuff done too.

Didn't go out of the house at all, so you have the desperation blip of the toad-in-the-hole I cooked for our tea. Good quality 'hole' (in that the batter rose well enough to lift the snossers off the base of the pan) and v good 'toads' (whisky, hog and wild thyme from Mr Crombie, since you ask).
