Choppy

Thank you all so much for all the comments yesterday. It was lovely reading them all.

Day 1 of holidays. Up at usual time to get to the nurse to get my lithium levels checked, then down to The Haven for breakfast. Nipped across to Ocean Terminal for some birthday present buying.
Home to have a tidy, time on the sofa, a sleep, then along to counselling mid afternoon. A 2 hour session talking a lot about Dad, which of course had me in tears. It's so hard.

Before my appointment I spent time sitting on the rocks watching the water.
