There you are!!!

A fine day on the whole and certainly one for being outside. Took the bike on the short circular again which gives a kick start to the morning. Called at an elderly friend further up the village on my way back. Rewarded with a cup of coffee.
I couldn't resist watching the marathon on TV and kept popping in and out of the room till the finish. It was touch and go whether the bread machine would finish first or the runners. Fortunately I managed to whip out the bread and be back in my seat in time for the finish!
Had a walk round the garden and spotted Bella asleep in the top of a large plant pot. Bracken was intrigued, they are getting on very well now. Bella has finally come to realise Bracken 'only wants to be friends' so they regularly rub noses, here's the proof!
After lunch left the car at Kirby Knowle and had a lovely afternoon walk. Am I imagining it or is it a bit easier going up the hills? Prepared veg for meal and put a superb piece of local beef in the oven. Dug out a few more weeds, now it's time for a shower and change of clothes. It is Sunday after all!
