Preparing for take off!

The latest project to occupy Mike in the workshop. The shelves for 'Mrs Vicar' are now ready and have to be taken up the Moor road this morning. How do you transport an unwieldy set of shelves a short distance on your own? Simple, tie them to the wheelbarrow! I would like to have blipped them being pushed up the road (or perhaps not, how embarrassing!) but I had to be on my way for the Monday morning gym session. I did offer to make a sign, 'Abnormal Load' but this was rejected.
Enjoyed the gym and came out with a feeling of satisfaction and aching arms! In the afternoon continued my established routine of swimming followed by coffee. If I can keep this up I should be in good form for Rio!
Ready to settle down now for some recorded viewing. Tempted to complete the experience with a glass of wine.
Thinks: Will this cancel the good effects of the excercise? Probably. Does it matter? Probably not.
