Ponies, Yowes an West Knowe

It's been an extension to summer today, the winds calmed and sunshine all day, warm too.  Clear skies tonight, so a bit chilly,  no northern lights but plenty of shooting stars :)

Day off today and up early!  I was hoping for a long lie, but woke up at 8.20, and that was that!!  Breakfast done, got washing out and then me and Sammy headed out for a big walk.  Came back and got on with cleaning chores, hate them when it's ao nice out but can't neglect.  Met mam for lunch at the Cornerstone, before heading out west for a run.  More walkies tonight, and keep my eyes on the night skies :)  

I headed out west in the afternoon, but forgetting the low sun, so my cliff scenery photos are all overcast with pesky shadows.  Me and Sammy enjoyed a lovely walk along the banks at Westerwick, well Sammy was busy sniffing for rabbits.  Sammy always attracts attention from locals, today it was these ponies and sheep.  The old croft in the background is West Knowe, at Westerwick.
