What a day

I was up at 8am before heading out to listen to PhD students discuss their research and hear more details about the BBSRC DTP project that I am part of. Straight after, I had a meeting with two of my supervisors before a "lunch break" filled with reading papers and stats prep. It was then time for my stats lab, with a two hour safety talk in the middle. I made it home for an hour (just enough time to shower and finish the stats work) before heading out to a formal dinner with my funding company. I then got home, wrote up some notes, replied to a couple of PhD related emails, and I am now finally in bed. This week has been so busy, and I don't think that it'll be any easier next week. I'm having a fantastic time though - it just means that I have no time for exercise at the moment. Although I did walk 10km across town today so maybe that counts... 

I do have exciting weekend plans though.... Liam is coming down tomorrow until monday morning and I cannot wait!
