Foxgloves

The Olympic legacy starts any time soon and to get in the mood did a 22 mile mountain bike ride today with my brother in law. Great day but now completely puggled and suspect I'll sleep through the closing ceremony tonight.
Lots of wild flowers in the forests and pleny ot spectacular foxgloves.
