Fungi

Can fungi be flowers?.....just because they're brown, they can still be very delicate and dainty. I do have a few leaves in the shot so perhaps it can be a flower Friday blip! What do you think bikerbear, or am I just being too cheeky!

Liz's told me about a new park near MK, the floodplain forest, which newly opened this year. It has three bird hides, and will flood at some times during the year, but the MK Parks Trust will show water levels. There are 48 hectares of land, criss crossed by paths, and is a nature reserve. At present it needs the plants to grow, or be planted, but you can see its promise. Dogs are welcome on leads. I look forward to seeing it grow. Thanks Liz. See pictures in extras.
