On the Record

A collection of recorders on display in the interval of an evening concert by three members of the quartet Block4 at Winchelsea Parish Church, organised by Winchelsea Arts.

The programme had been almost entirely rearranged at short notice, as one member of the quartet had been taken ill on Thursday night and had been unable to take part. (This also meant that the group had not brought with them the Paetzold recorders that feature in their promotional photograph on their website.)

Also, the lighting in the church produced a uniform pinkish-orange glow - hence my use of an (almost) monochrome image for today's Blip.
