It's all about the foot...

Today started very slowly. CJ managed to sleep pretty well over night, only waking a couple of times.

He started the morning happy to just sit on S2 and watch movies - while keeping his foot very still. However, once his pain meds started to work, he was happy to move to the table to race his minis. He soon figured out the best way to sit, keeping his foot hanging safely away from being knocked.

He also really enjoyed a visit from Nan, not only did he get to show her his foot, he was also able to share some birthday cake to celebrate her birthday.

And going to bed had never been as much fun - S2 wheeling him table to door art easel carried the rest of the way. Hopefully he can have another good nights sleep to help his foot heal.
