Making a present

Today started off with a visit from Nan & GD. We needed their help to make Nan's birthday present. Unfortunately it took a little longer than planned (as it was more art than science), but they seem to have worked pretty well.

After lunch we headed around to A&A&L&E's for dinner and games night. We took the boys inflatable beds and tried to put them down there. It took a lot longer than normal for CJ to go to sleep and the excitement was to much for LJ (sleeping in his new inflatable bed for the first time, at someone elses house) so he was moved into the travel cot. Amazingly however, we still had the chance to play some board games - with the kids sleep!

I'm sure it will get easier as they get older and it's not as new and exciting!
