Happy Birthday, Débora!

Débora, with her Mum - Bia made pizzas for a bunch of her friends - mostly her nurse colleagues, who surprised her by turning up this morning - and then she blew out 22 candles on a chocolate cake, which was perfect with vanilla ice-cream.

On a totally other note, I stayed up late last night, registering to vote in the American elections - thought it was worth the hassle to try to do my bit for getting a decent president - we'll see...

And now we have colleagues coming round to eat Mike's curry...
