Visitors center Leur

Today I had a nice walk from this visitors center, along some very pretty farms, through a little forested area, along some heather and a pond and I saw some Aberdeen Angus cattle, new for me.

This center also holds an old woodstove. When I arrived in the morning they were putting in the currant buns. Apparently the people manning the woodstove arrive at 8 in the morning, because it takes 3 hours to prepare for the baking. The baking is done in two hours and the results are for sale after.

When I got back from my walk I decided on a coffee and a fresh currant bun. I was just in time, because sales were going good. I was too late to be able to buy some more to take home.

In the extras something for derelict Sunday, the woodstove, a farm and the Angus cattle.
