How quiet I still am.
I'm not entirely sure why but wanted to post today, World Mental Health Day, in recognition of all souls lost in their world's of the seemingly inexpressible and who struggle daily with pain that defies definition and which creates feelings of separateness that can feel unbridgeable.
It seems that we struggle as much as ever to negotiate this dark continent.

...and whilst I am on the subject, and lying here not sleeping (yet again), I want to mention my friend, who I have a sneaking suspicion is an angel, and who appears to have a deep well of kindness sunk deep into her soul.
