Mountain Jam

Mrs BB informed me there was thunder and lightning again last night which she is amazed I slept through. The rain continued all day and put paid to her prayers yesterday that our last day would be sunny.

After a lazy lay in and late breakfast we set off up into the mountains of central Corfu to see some Greekness. I took some typical greek scenes, nipping out of the car trying to keep the lens clear of rain spots. Whilst trying to find Lake Korission we got lost and had to go back through Agios Mattheos village where we were stuck behind this local bus for ages as it forced many cars to go back and, after a stand-off with this lorry, it squeezed past with an inch to spare after quite a few men came out to direct operations. It was quite amusing and the highlight of our day!
