Paddington Gardens

The presentation yesterday at the Marsden stressed the importance of exercise and that walking (briskly) hits the spot. 30minutes a day at least 5 days per week. I had to pop into Savills in Margaret Street en route to work this morning so I got of the tube at Oxford Circus and walked up to Marylebone Road. My phone tells me that it only took me 21 minutes. On the other had, so far today I have done 11682 steps which is not bad. I walked through Paddington Street Gardens where this super tree lives. The website tells us: "were formed in the 1760's as an additional burial ground for the old St Marylebone Church. The land was donated to the parish by Edward harley, Earl of Oxford"
