Alone, not lonely

We drove to the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge today, excited by relatively low temperatures ("only" 85 F). When I am there, my anxiety levels drop to zero. I need this connection with nature, with this particular place. I feel less at home here in Starkville than I had in Ann Arbor, and I need de-stressing more. This place does the job.
