Brightness on a grey day

Stayed up last night to watch closing ceremony, loved Eric Idle" only look on the bright side of life" and thought the way John Lennons face was done fantastic (one of my favourite songs)
This morning feel a bit sluggish! Weather doesn't help its humid and grey!
Met Ali in Southend this afternoon to look at wedding bits, then caught bus home. Just managed to get out in the garden as it started to rain, as you will see from blip. I didn't plant this but perhaps it was the birds.
Think it will be an early night, what a wimp!
