The Coffee Walk

We fondly call this couple of mile walk to Chesters on the River at Skelwith Bridge as the coffee walk. Chester's is a top coffee house and shop and is a must on every holiday in Langdale. This morning we set off early for a brunch treat and beat the rush of people that frequent this place every day.

Later in the day we drove over to Martindale for a walk through the roadless valley to see the rut and hear the stags echo around the fells. The extra is of a barn at the end of the valley road and the start of the walk. (having difficulty loading extras on slow internet)
