Raindrops on Roses

A very wet morning. Managed to photograph this rose before there were too many spots of rain on the camera lens.

 L and I tried twice to take our golf clubs out .... first time we didn't even get out of the front door, the second time we managed about twenty steps along the road before we were soaked.  No golf today!

Wearing wellies and waterproofs we went for a walk along the beach. While we were watching the waves crashing on the shore the weather started to improve and by the afternoon we were enjoying a lovely blue sky
