The open door .....

..... leading from the walled garden in Cambo Estate down to the woodland path. A very sheltered spot and there were still one or two Red Admiral butterflies resting on the purple asters.

The old stables have been converted to a new visitor's centre and cafe. On each visit to the Cambo gardens we've been watched the renovations taking place and earlier this week there was a grand opening with lots of harvest related activities for children.
