Jack's beans

I planted broad beans for the first time this year, mainly to feed the soil in my veggie patch.  I've had the most incredible crop and we've been gorging on beans for weeks.  They are enormous! The golf ball is included to give you perspective!
On the inside the bean shells are lined with a soft fluffy bed.  It's beautiful. Beans nurtured in a way so many of our children are not!  Even within the womb, because maternal stress, poor mental health and other challenges so many foetuses don't receive the nurturing provided by the bean plant to their babies.
