Would have been......

My mums 80th today. This time 45 years ago my mum was in labour with my twin sister and I. The midwives were not impressed with her as she has us in the early hours of 14th.

This picture was taken this evening of a photo that was taken over 11yrs ago, one of the last photos i had taken with my mum. I am the one dressed up in nurses uniform as a joke to try and make her laugh as she had just been diagnosed with lung cancer.

She was a great mum and I miss her dearly, as well as my dad, but I can honestly say I have some great memories to cherish.
