Bike rides

I got up this morning, showered and then got on my bike to the hairdressers. It took a bit longer that I thought it would and the uphill bit really got my heart rate up but it was great to be out and seeing the sights from a different perspective. However I hadn't quite thought that after getting my hair done I was then going to flatten it with my helmet oops! At least my hairdresser didn't seem to mind. The kiddies got really excited when I was getting ready to go and I promised they could go out on their bikes this afternoon.

After lunch the children and Mr J watched the secret life of pets and I took myself upstairs for a little nap...(I think the 45mins bike riding didn't really agree with me!) We did however get out eventually and the kiddies cycled to the park. A is getting the hang of his balance bike but P is still a very long way off having her stabilisers removed. On the way home we stopped off in the local pub for a drink and a little nose about to see what it's like. It was very nice and we all agreed to go back for food one weekend as it smelt delicious.
