back blip and poor day

This duck walked up to me whilst I sat outside the pub on Sunday evening, so I snapped the shutter at it. I didn't seem to be capable of taking photographs at all.

I had gone on a day out with the walking club to Settle in Cumbria but only managed to walk 3 or 4 miles. I intended walking on my own over the tops but there was a bull up there ... soooo ... that was me back down in the valley. Public footpaths and bulls shouldn't go together. This is room 101 stuff for me and I don't feel well at all.

I am still full of unused adrenaline - fight or flight didn't seem sensible at the time. I've got a migraine coming on.
