Cake, cake, cake!

Horrible day, rained most of the day.  However, I got caught up on stuff. Made soup and Christmas cakes, fed with my Armagnac!  I wasn't feeling great but cooking kept me busy.

I then spent ages doing the DP accounts.  And it still rained.  

After the cakes came out of the oven it was down to the Manor, to sort a fire, make tea, eat cake, chat and do a Tesco order.

It stopped raining, hurray, so I didn't get wet walking down to L's for a very pleasant evening eating lasagne and drinking Cab Sauv. 

This cake is KL bound, after Christmas.
