Autumn bounty
We went to a friend's for lunch to pick some of her damsons.
Rain stopped play I'm afraid but I took a couple of shots of Chris up the tree picking them. He got just over 2lb but there are lots left. They are almost over and a bit soft. It was quite blowy and fruit and leaves were blowing to the ground.
They will make good Damson gin for Christmas and maybe a bit of jam. Off to Ilkey soon for tea and a SteeleyeSpan concert at the Winter Gardens.
Cold today!
