He's Back

Actually I don't know if this Red-shouldered Hawk is a male or female, but it returned to the backyard bird feeder today.  I spent way too much time trying to get a shot for Tiny Tuesday earlier in the day.  I couldn't seem to get a decent shot of anything, returned to the kitchen disappointed, then looked up to see the hawk right there on the bird feeder.  I quickly changed my lens and got a few shots before he swooped to the ground, came up empty handed, and flew away.
